Physical Education

Young children need physical exploration to learn how their bodies work and to maximize brain development. Classes will provide basis for learning important life lessons like self-confidence and the value of self-discipline.

There will be themes for sports specific activities such as baseball, football, soccer, volleyball, etc. There will also be hand-eye coordination, functional movements, balance, etc. types of drills.
