Lunch
Make Every Meal Special at Cosmic Montessori School.
Cosmic Montessori School offers an organic lunch menu. Our menu incorporates as much organic produce as possible, and all our meals are sustainable and healthy. We also pride ourselves in being a “nut-aware” environment to ensure that we protect students with severe nut allergies. Our lunch is served daily as a family-style meal with real plates, cups, and silverware.

Payment
ACH: All families making monthly payments are required to fill out an Authorization
Agreement for Recurring Electronic ACH payments. Tuition payments will be withdrawn electronically from your account on the 5th of every month. There are no discount for full year payments.
Hourly Charge: When children arrive before their program arrival time or stay beyond their program departure time, charges will be billed at $20.00 for the first half hour and $10.00 for each hour thereafter.
Late Pick-up Charge: If a child is not picked up by 5:00 PM, a fee of $20.00 is charged for that first five-minute period, and an additional $10.00 is charged for every five-minute period thereafter.
Late Payment Charge: Payments received after the 5th calendar day of the month incur a $35 late charge.
Returned Checks: Checks returned due to insufficient funds incur a $50 bookkeeping fee plus bank charges to the school, if any.
Sibling Discounts: Families paying full tuition for two children enrolled at Cosmic will receive a 10% discount on the first child. Families paying full tuition for three children will get a 15% discount on the third child.
Withdrawal from the School: A child’s enrollment may be canceled by giving 30 days written notice to the school. The family is responsible for tuition for that 30 day period. Registration fee is nonrefundable.
Elementary Hot Lunch Fee (Optional): Payments will be deducted via ACH.
Summer Program: Rates for the school’s optional summer program are announced in March.
Vacation: If you are planning to take an extended vacation you are still responsible for paying your full years tuition.
